Whistleblowing
Berardi Bullonerie has implemented its own whistleblowing procedure, adapting, among other things, to the innovations introduced by Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
The Whistleblowing Procedure of Berardi Bullonerie establishes the prerequisites, methods, and conditions under which employees, collaborators, and third parties can report, even anonymously, events or suspicions regarding illicit conduct, violations of the law, and activities contrary to regulations, procedures, or policies adopted by Berardi Bullonerie.

READ BERARDI'S PROCEDURE
In managing reports, Berardi Bullonerie is committed to respecting the principles of confidentiality, proportionality, and impartiality, to recognizing the good faith of the reporters, and to ensuring their anonymity. Berardi Bullonerie does not tolerate any form of threat, retaliation, or discrimination, even just attempted, against the reporting parties.
The reports in question can be made by employees, collaborators, and third parties through the dedicated portal.
ACCESS THE PLATFORM
Through the whistleblowing platform, all internal staff and stakeholders of Berardi Bullonerie can report alleged irregularities, violations, facts, or behaviors contrary to the values of Berardi Bullonerie, the Code of Ethics, and other internal rules, Italian and European laws.
